AFTERCARE FOR LASHES
HEY GURRLS!
As you are all aware in order to have healthy and lasting lashes, aftercare is very important! Here are some simple steps to follow after getting your lashes done:
-
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24/48 hours of getting them done
-
Avoid moisture (steam, saunas, face steaming, tanning booths etc)
-
Avoid oil/ any oily products around the eyes (ensure your moisturizer or face wash/cleanser is not oil-based)
-
Avoid sleeping on your face/eyes
-
Avoid rubbing/picking your lashes
-
Avoid extreme heat
-
Gently brush your lashes regularly using a clean lash brush/wand
-
Ensure your lashes are dry before gently brushing them
-
Avoid using mascara or gel/liquid liners
-
Never attempt removing your lash extensions. Instead, book to have them professionally and safely removed - it is common for people to try using baby oil, argan oil etc., however, this is not a safe method especially for lashes that won’t come off easily and as a result, one can cause themselves damage
-
Schedule your infill in time, do not wait till lashes are hanging/falling.
-
Please don’t attempt using lash removal cream on yourself. This can lead to accidents and eye infections if this gets in your eyes and unfortunately we won’t be held responsible.
-
Try not to wear strip lashes while you’ve lash extensions on.
-
Try not to leave your lashes on for too long as they’ll end up droopy and weighing down on your natural lashes. You’ll end up paying more for a soak and removal plus fresh new set ax a result.
-
If you can’t find a slot for your infill please email us for a squeeze in ( For all infills there’s no extra £10 squeeze-in fee required)
-
Please note that it’s only 3 infills per set
-
We can only replicate the same style and length as the original for all infills so please don’t forget when booking your infills.
-
Wash your lashes everyday and avoid spraying makeup setting spray on them.
-
You are entitled to a 1 day grace period to fix any damage caused by accidents etc, free of charge, as long it is reasonable and can be proven. Unfortunately, this won't cover negligence or poor aftercare. We cannot be held liable for any eye infection or reactions that will occur after the grace period so please communicate within the advised time frame, should you have any concerns. Unfortunately, we also cannot control how the aftercare is conducted after you leave our premises.
-
Please be informed that after the agreed 1 day grace period we will not be held 100% responsible for any eye infections and also lash shedding or retention as that is a different and natural process for everyone. There is no universal duration of how long lash extensions should last. Lash extensions are not permanent therefore, any repairs will be charged.
