HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders are processed via the website.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All UK orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days. However, international orders will vary. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  Royal Mail recorded delivery is approximately between 3-5 working days and 5 pounds and 3.34 pence. International orders (Europe, United States, Canada,

Australia and the rest of the world)  Royal Mail International tracked delivery of 20 pounds, approximately 7-10 working days.

IS THE LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION AVAILABLE?

Yes, this option is available as well as same-day pickup. (Times and dates to be discussed before purchasing to avoid disappointment).

OUR DELIVERY POLICY (Local and International)

International orders: Please be advised that unfortunately we cannot check and keep track of the policies required for every region we ship to. It is the customers' responsibility 

 to check and confirm their region/ country's policies. This includes the costs and weight etc. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees once your package has been shi pped. We advise our customers to double-check with their local postal/customs office for more accurate information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, please note that your order will unfortunately be returned to us. Unfortunately, you will not be liable for a refund for shipping costs. GIRLSWITHLASHES & CO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as we are not liable for your package once it has left our premises.

WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN, EXCHANGE ITEMS? ( Products)

Unfortunately, all product sales are final. Returns or exchanges cannot be issued once an item is bought.

Please be advised that due to our courses being downloadable and digital, unfortunately under no circumstances can we offer refunds or exchanges with any of our course. s
